I'm an Assistant Professor at the Baruch College of the City University of New York (CUNY). Before joining CUNY, I worked for the Fiscal Research Center and the Center for State and Local Finance at the Georgia State University, Atlanta. I received my Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, and my Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai .
